User licenses are purchased in an annual contract and can be added at any time by contacting your account manager or our support team.

Where can I view my invoice?
You'll need Billing Administrator permission to access the Billing tab within your account to view and download invoices.
When are invoices generated?
Invoices generated on the day they are due, you'll have contract terms to pay within a set amount of time.
Is this an annual subscription?
Yes Central Desktop is an annual subscription.
Members
Do you have internal & external members?
Yes, you can add internal team members with access to all workspace content. External members can be added to workspaces with the ability to restrict some content to Internal members only.
How does adding members work?
Users with company admin permission invite new users via email or create a username and temporary password to add them to the system.
What happens when I run out of user licenses?
The system will prompt you to contact your account manager.
Can I change my payment method?
As a billing administrator you can add a credit card by logging in. If you'd like to switch to Wire or EFT contact your account manager.
